Nandkumar Baghel remanded in judicial custody for 14 days
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel's father Nar Nandkumar and Gayle were arrested on Tuesday in connection with an offensive case against Brahmin equality.
The court remanded him in custody for 14 days and he has refused bail and counsel
Speaking at an event in Uttar Pradesh last month, Nandkumar Baghel had controversially criticized Brahma for being a foreigner just like the British.
He had made some offensive statements against Brahmins

A complaint was lodged against Baghel at the DD Nagar police station in Raipur
